Job summary

GVI, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Logistician I to support NAVSEA ETSS at White Sands Missile Range. The role focuses on lifecycle logistics, supply chain management, and maintenance coordination for complex electronic systems.

Responsibilities include tracking equipment, ensuring spare parts availability, maintaining manuals and schematics, and coordinating with engineers to keep systems ready for testing. A DoD logistics background and MS Excel/SharePoint skills are required.

Qualifications

• DoD logistics experience required.
• Familiarity with Navy/DoD logistics databases and related sectors desirable.
• Experience delivering onsite lifecycle logistics and safety management for DoD/government hardware.
• High School Diploma required.
• 5–10+ years in logistics roles desired.
• MS SharePoint proficiency required.
• MS Excel proficiency required.
• Military logistics and supply tracking systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Equipment Management: track delivery, inventory, and lifecycle of specialized test equipment.
• Supply Chain & Spares: ensure repair parts and components for Navy live-fire events are available.
• Technical Data Maintenance: update equipment manuals and configuration logs.
• Maintenance Planning: collaborate with NSWC Port Hueneme White Sands Detachment to ensure readiness.
