Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lifecycle Logistics SME / Course Developer to support the Acquisition Instructor Course (AQIC) at Wright‑Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires senior supply chain and logistics experience, with the ability to develop and deliver advanced coursework for military instructors and civilian professionals.

This on-site position emphasizes in-depth curriculum development, experiential instructorship, and alignment with DoD policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with demonstrated teaching ability.
10–15 years of specialized senior experience in supply chain management fundamentals including SCRM, life cycle sustainment and product support.
Experience with DoD/USAF logistics enterprise, maintenance concepts and software sustainment activities.
Eligible to obtain a TOP SECRET security clearance.
Clear communication in English, both written and verbal, on academic and technical topics.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the calendar year if needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver coursework on DoD logistics, life-cycle sustainment and product support.
Instruct students and facilitate active learning using classrooms and technology.
Evaluate students across exams, exercises, and briefings, and provide feedback to improve course flow.
Incorporate real-life DoD policies and practices into instruction.
Travel as required to support the AQIC program at Wright‑Patterson AFB.
