The role emphasizes site readiness, validation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing sites in a regulated medical device environment, with a strong focus on implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, minimum.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or sustaining engineering within a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of validation, change control, risk management, and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience supporting cross-functional project teams with site execution responsibilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with influence without authority.
• Experience in a quality- and regulatory-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core team member on sustaining engineering projects, ensuring site requirements are incorporated.
• Act as the primary contact between platform project teams and manufacturing sites.
• Provide site input on capacity, timing, and resources to support sequencing decisions.
• Coordinate site execution activities including validations, studies, and line-time planning.
• Monitor site readiness and escalate risks to enable mitigation.
• Support sustaining changes such as packaging updates, process changes, and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure completion of documentation and change control for site-impacting changes.
