Rolls-Royce is seeking a LifeCycle Engineer – Naval Services in Indianapolis, hybrid: three days on-site. You will lead in-service support for Naval Gas Turbine Modules, perform investigations, and resolve customer technical issues while contributing to publications and sustainment initiatives.
Ideal candidates have a technical degree with relevant experience and the ability to travel occasionally, in a challenging, high-performance environment.

To provide in-service support of the Naval Gas Turbine Modules. This role is responsible for leading engineering investigations (EI), safety related “red top” investigations, and resolving customer technical issues. While also supporting the development and drafting of technical publications, including technical manuals, service bulletins, technical queries, and technical variances.
As part of the Engineering for Services (EfS) team, the LifeCycle engineer will provide in-service product engineering support to internal and external customers on naval marine gas turbine engines, and associated GT packages, under the technical authority of the Chief LifeCycle Engineer. Additionally, this role will contribute to sustainment initiatives including, but not limited, to product lifing analysis, data driven equipment health prognostics, and as-maintained product configuration management.
