Job summary

LifeTime is hiring LifeCafe Staff in Westfield, Indiana. You will execute menu items, prepare shakes and beverages, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

You will respond to member questions and suggest food and service enhancements, while maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace. This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
