Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Staff member to prepare food, shakes and beverages following recipes and speed-of-service standards. You will deliver exceptional customer service and keep the cafe clean and sanitized in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

You’ll respond to members’ questions, make menu suggestions, and ensure accurate espresso drinks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This hourly role offers growth and team-based support.

Qualifications

• Stand for extended periods and move about the cafe
• Lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire

Job description

Position Summary

The LifeCafe Staff will be responsible for executing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards. They will need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.00 and pays up to $17.50, based on experience and qualifications.
