Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in instruction and supervising individuals with developmental or independent living needs preferred.
• MUST PASS background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional training to clients to support independent living.
• Collect performance data and monitor training programs.
• Supervise clients in daily activities and household chores.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation when assigned.
• Transport clients to and from community activities.
• Complete required forms and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Adhere to Long Term Care regulations.
