Job summary

Access-Grou's ACCESS Life program seeks a dedicated leader to direct daily instruction for young adults with developmental disabilities. You will plan comprehensive programming across vocation, community integration, leisure, and independence, and supervise teaching assistants to ensure high-quality support.

You will coordinate with parents, staff, and funding partners, using data to demonstrate member progress and maintain compliant paperwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data necessary to document and communicate the member's success in ACCESS Life.
• Ability to work with programming team to develop and implement behavior plans for the members when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates ACCESS Life daily instruction.
• Plan programming addressing vocation, community integration, leisure and independence.
• Supervise teaching assistants and act as team leader.
• Communicate with parents and team members professionally.
• Ensure member safety and collaboration with funding partners.
