Job summary

Resources for Human Development in West View, PA seeks a Life Skills Professional. This full-time role includes paid training and DailyPay options, supporting participants in developing life, coping, and daily living skills.

You will facilitate group activities, document progress, and collaborate with the team to implement the Recovery Support Plan. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2 years in social services; CPRP/CPS/WRAP training is a plus, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in the social service field.
• CPRP, CPS, WRAP training is a plus.
• Must possess a current valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support through direct interaction during shifts.
• Assist participants in developing life/recovery/daily living skills.
• Facilitate and document psychotherapy groups and activities.
• Promote program culture and support Recovery Plan goals.
• Intervene in crisis and document critical incidents.
• Maintain required documentation (MARs, shift notes, census data).
• Coordinate with other agencies to ensure integrated services.
• Develop and monitor Recovery Support Plan goals with participants every 60 days.
