New Horizons Rehabilitation, Inc. is seeking a Day Program Support to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Life Skills activities. You will work with individuals, providing instruction in daily living skills, transportation to community resources, and helping with personal care during the Life Skills Day Program.

Competenze

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Complete required training including First Aid/CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Assist adults with daily living activities.
• Provide transportation to community resources and events.
• Teach new skills and assist with personal care needs.
• Collaborate with team to support program goals.
• Typical Hours: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8 am - 3 pm.
