Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking midlevel associates with 3–5 years of law firm experience in life sciences transactions, including drafting and negotiating collaboration and license agreements and other operational documents. In-house experience with 2+ years in life sciences will also be considered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of law firm experience in life sciences transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements, license agreements, supply and other operational agreements (e.g., CDA/NDAs, MTAs, SRAs, CTAs, MSAs).
• Alternatively, 2+ years as in-house counsel in life sciences with focus on transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate life sciences transactional agreements for商业 projects.
• Counsel clients on structuring collaborations, licenses, and product purchase/sale arrangements.
