Main role responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating licensing, collaboration, and commercial agreements
• support the team on a broad range of transactions, including technology-driven strategic licensing and collaboration transactions for companies in the biotech, pharma, medical device and other life sciences spaces

Requirements
