Accenture is hiring in California for a Consultant level role focused on Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing. You will lead global teams and client engagements, shaping planning transformations (IBP, Supply, Demand), and driving technology-enabled changes to improve patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, leverage Accenture methods, and travel up to 75% to client locations, delivering innovative solutions across the life sciences value chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in either consulting or industry in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing space in data and AI.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and projects in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing driving business and technology transformations in planning (IBP, Supply, Demand).
• Lead diverse, global Accenture teams setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement.
• Shape client’s planning transformation vision and journey from current state to to-be enterprise environment.
• Provide point-of-view on Life Sciences supply chain solutions and evaluate planning solutions.
• Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions.
• Oversee design and implementation of Life Sciences Supply Chain solutions and operating model for planning.
• Develop and expand the Life Sciences Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership.
• Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions to clients.
• Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support sales opportunities.
• Travel up to 75% to client locations.
