Job summary

Accenture in California is seeking a Consultant to join the Life Sciences Supply Chain practice, helping clients transform end-to-end planning and manufacturing through data, AI, and advanced analytics. You will lead cross-border teams, shape planning transformations, and deliver IBP, supply and demand planning improvements.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive engagement, develop thought leadership, and identify opportunities for innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing in data and AI.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and projects in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing driving business and technology transformations in planning and S&OP.
• Lead diverse, global Accenture teams setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement.
• Create supply chain planning thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.
• Shape client’s planning transformation vision and journey from current state to a to-be enterprise environment.
• Provide point-of-view on Life Sciences supply chain solutions to deliver transformational goals.
• Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions.
• Oversee the design and implementation of Life Sciences Supply Chain solutions, processes, and operating model for planning (IBP, Supply Planning, Demand Planning).
• Develop and expand the Life Sciences Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification.
• Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions to clients.
• Build and apply knowledge to support opportunities and manage workstreams within Accenture.
• Serve as planner/architect for delivery initiatives.
• Travel up to 75% to client locations.
