Job summary

CRA is seeking a Consulting Associate in Life Sciences to support strategy and medical affairs engagements across pharma, biotech, diagnostics and devices. You will translate complex science into actionable insights, conduct literature reviews and primary/secondary research, and contribute to client reports and workshops under supervision.

Collaborating with senior colleagues, you will gain exposure to multiple disease states and treatment landscapes, while travel to client locations as needed

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences or related discipline.
• Up to 3 years of consulting or Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design and statistics.
• Knowledge of disease states and treatment landscapes.
• Experience with business analytics or AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior colleagues to deliver consulting projects addressing client needs.
• Gain exposure to multiple disease states and treatment landscapes.
• Translate complex science into clear, actionable insights.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify trends and strategic implications.
• Contribute sections of client reports and presentations under supervision.
• Support client meetings, workshops, and deliverables.
