Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Life Sciences R&D with experience at a top-tier strategy firm or leading biopharma
• Proven track record leading strategy engagements with measurable outcomes
• Experience presenting strategic recommendations to C-suite/SVP/VP-level stakeholders
• Strong understanding of AI, data, digital technologies in biopharma R&D
• Demonstrated success in business development: identifying opportunities and shaping proposals
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior professionals
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead complex R&D strategy engagements from problem framing through delivery with measurable client impact
• Advise on R&D transformation priorities including strategy, pipeline management, AI integration, and operating models
• Develop and present strategic recommendations, roadmaps, and reinvention narratives to senior stakeholders
• Shaping program lifecycle, driving quality assurance and delivery excellence on large engagements
• Build and grow senior client relationships across biopharma R&D functions
• Partner with Accenture teams to bring tailored expertise for R&D engagements
• Originate opportunities, lead proposals, and contribute to pipeline growth in Life Sciences R&D
• Identify adjacent opportunities and expand existing client relationships across the R&D value chain
• Represent Accenture's R&D Strategy perspective in client briefings and industry forums
• Develop thought leadership on R&D transformation and AI-driven discovery
• Build reusable offerings, frameworks, and assets for future engagements
• Mentor juniors and contribute to performance management and recruiting
• Collaborate with global leaders to evolve the R&D Strategy practice and GTM strategy
