Job summary

LifeNet Health in Virginia Beach, VA, seeks a Quality Systems Auditor to ensure internal audits are effective, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with SOPs. You will conduct desktop and onsite audits, support supplier audits, and assist with accreditation programs.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, developing SOPs, and verifying CAPA actions. Ideal for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in quality roles within tissue or medical device

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2 years of quality or operations related activities in tissue banking, blood banking, medical device, clinical trial, or pharmaceutical; 6 years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal quality audits: plan, execute, report, verify CAPA actions, and maintain audit files.
• Assist with tissue supplier and intermediary audits and desktop surveys.
• Support Zone Assessment Program for assigned departments.
• Support third-party audits by government agencies and accreditation bodies.
• Lead cross-functional projects and apply problem-resolution methods (8D, etc.).
• Create and revise SOPs aligned with QSR/GTP, ISO, and AATB standards.
• Review CAPA investigations for completeness and verify effectiveness.
