Job summary

Sensitech seeks a Project Analyst to coordinate multiple projects monitoring temperature-sensitive supply chains. You will manage timelines, collaborate with partners, and prepare reports, protocols, and proposals. This onsite role in Beverly, MA includes up to 50% travel across North America and close interaction with QA and operations teams.

You will assist with data analysis, documentation, and hands-on tasks while supporting project managers to meet aggressive schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or HS diploma with 2+ years of project support/coordination experience.
• Able to climb ladders and use lift equipment above 8 feet.
• Willing to travel up to 50% across US/Canada.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of internal projects, ensuring alignment with goals and scope.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, document plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and execute testing steps and quality assurance procedures for projects.
• Support project rollout, train users, and create training materials with the writer/trainer.
