Qualifications

• At least 2 years of patent prosecution experience with life sciences.
• Advanced degree in biology, chemistry or biotech required; USPTO admission.
• Strong academic credentials and ability to draft and prosecute patent applications.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications in US and foreign offices.
• Provide opinions, due diligence, licensing support, and litigation assistance as needed.
• Counsel clients on a range of life sciences patent matters.
