Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a patent agent in biotechnology.
• Experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications related to biologics or large‑molecule technologies.
• Experience in conducting searches and analyses for freedom‑to‑operate, IP due diligence, and patent landscape assessments.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO in good standing.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
• Excellent analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities
