Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Patent Agent to join the Life Sciences subgroup of the Intellectual Property practice. The role covers Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, Raleigh, Denver, or Salt Lake City with over three years of patent prosecution experience and strong drafting abilities. A Ph.D. in Biology or Biochemistry and USPTO admission are preferred.

You will draft and prosecute patent applications, collaborate with a legal team, and advise clients on strategic IP decisions in a fast-paced setting.
