Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Manufacturing Technician – Production Operations O1 for our on-site Hebron, Kentucky site. You will perform a variety of manufacturing tasks including assembly of production units, data tracking and participation in continuous improvement activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to follow SOPs, and to lift up to 25 lbs. Overtime, travel and FDA-regulated experience are noted are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability communicate and understand complex production and safety instructions.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to lift 25lbs on a semi-continuous basis.
• Experience in FDA or similarly regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with team members to assemble production units by following SOPs, batch records and other specifications in a manufacturing environment.
• Support 5S activities in manufacturing areas.
• Track and maintain production data.
• Take part in continuous improvement activities across the manufacturing site.
• Maintain training records and comply with all company policies and procedures.
