Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Production Associate in Logan, Utah, onsite in the Dry Powder Media Manufacturing department. You'll perform manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging and shipping following SOPs and GMP practices to ensure product quality.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, are able to read procedures, communicate with team leads and engineers, and are prepared to work with protective equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
• Ability to work well and communicate with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work policies and procedures, EHS, Quality control inspections along with schematics or verbal instructions.
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
• Knowledge of GMPs and Good Documentation Practices and ensure product conforms to specifications.
