Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Leadership in life sciences or another highly regulated industry.
- Experience in an ISO13485 environment.
- Manufacturing/technical operations and financial management capabilities.
- Stable leadership history with hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day business and operational performance.
- Oversee manufacturing, quality, technical/R&D, budgets, and resources.
- Maintain ISO 13485/QMS compliance and audit readiness.
- Establish metrics and drive disciplined continuous improvement.
- Develop teams while progressively assuming Founder responsibilities.
