Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in forensic accounting, investigations, compliance, internal audit, risk consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading workstreams, mentoring junior staff, managing client relationships, and coordinating engagements from planning to execution.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or highly regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support forensic, compliance, risk advisory, and internal controls engagements for clients in highly regulated industries.
• Analyze complex data to identify risks, trends, and compliance concerns; assess controls and determine remediation.
• Coordinate engagement activities, manage multiple workstreams, and supervise junior team members.
• Prepare client-ready reports and presentations; serve as primary client contact during engagements.
