Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across asset / brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, marketing, medical, market access, patient services, field, or commercial ops / transformation topics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate‑strategy role.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Lead client workstreams that help life sciences organizations make critical commercial decisions—launch and growth, and enterprise reinvention.
Assess market dynamics, customer needs, competitive landscapes, access considerations, and growth opportunities.
Translate strategic recommendations into functional or enterprise implications across operating model, process, governance, and technology.
Identify AI, analytics, automation, copilots, or agentic workflows to improve decision-making and execution.
Facilitate client discussions and synthesize research, benchmarks, and data into executive-ready recommendations.
