The Role

This is a full-time position based in Foster City, CA, seeking a highly experienced Functional SME with 10 to 14 years in Sales and Marketing, specializing in Life Science Commercial Operations. The role requires expertise in Commercial Data, Analytics, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of Life Science Commercial Operations, especially in sales and marketing targeting.
• Develop strategies for customer segmentation, patient targeting, and outreach optimization.
• Provide sales enablement tools, resources, and training.
• Design and manage sales territories and organizational structures.
• Manage CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales activities, and generate insights.
• Analyze regional data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work with complex commercial data, including collection, analysis, and visualization.
• Provide strategic guidance and high-level communication to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life Science Commercial Operations and Pharma sales.
• Proficiency with Targeting, Field Enablement, Salesforce, CRM, and Analytics.
• Previous consultancy experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary ranges from $66,000 to $130,000, plus discretionary incentives and stock awards based on performance. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, 401(k), disability coverage, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plans.
