RSM US LLP in Boston is seeking a Life Sciences Audit Manager to join our assurance practice. As a manager, you will lead engagements across biotech clients, oversee audit teams, and help advance GAAP and internal controls expertise.

The role requires a BS/BA in Accounting, CPA/CA, 5+ years in public accounting, and proven leadership with client relationships; travel about 25% is expected. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities across the life sciences sector.

Formación

• BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent; CPA/CA certification.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring associates.
• Understanding of GAAP, GAAS and FASB regulations.
• Proven record building profitable, sustainable client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, high quality client service, coordinating audits and deliverables.
• Participate in public market transactions and related filings.
• Assess risk and design audit procedures for engagements.
• Supervise Audit Seniors and Supervisors on engagement teams.
• Travel approximately 25% of the year; maintain client contact throughout the year.
