Veeva Systems is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences to streamline how companies work together using software, data, and consulting. We are launching the Master Class Program for high-potential early-career professionals who want to pivot into Life Sciences Consulting, with initial engagements and a path to becoming Business Consultants.

The anticipated start date is April 2027. You will own key workstreams on customer-facing engagements, collaborate with team members at all levels,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience from Life Sciences Industry, Advanced Degree, or Veteran/Military Service
• Desire to work in a challenging program and environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with comfort digging into numbers to find insights
• Problem-solving approach: anticipate issues, analyze, and propose solutions
• Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or a comparable coding language
• Willingness to travel up to 20% annually

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., communications, workshops, interviews, data analysis, timelines)
• Leverage data and analytics to deliver insights and business solutions
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables optimizing operating models, processes, and analytics
