Accenture is seeking a senior advisor in End-to-End Supply Chain & Engineering to help clients reinvent their supply chains using AI, analytics, and process improvements. You will work with business leaders to deliver insights, define scalable strategies, and lead diverse teams across initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep consulting experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate across complex organizational structures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm or 7 years of internal consulting experience or equivalent role in non‑consulting companies.
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if associate degree, minimum 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business leaders to deliver actionable supply chain insights for top organizations.
• Help address priority enterprise-wide issues with strategies that can be executed with speed and at scale.
• Spot, define, and solve Supply Chain problems in areas like operating model architecture, analytics, and processes.
• Give clients insights to improve operations, speed, and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach teams, collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Support client sales origination, business development, and external thought leadership.
