Job summary

Genpact seeks a Life Sciences Advisory consultant to engage senior client advisors and lead transformation programs using Genpact’s technology, digital, analytics, and AI capabilities. You will architect and deliver advisory projects for a portfolio of clients with hands-on delivery and industry expertise.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strategic consulting, and building scalable digital offerings to drive business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or similar field.
Minimum years of applicable professional experience; consulting experience preferred.
Understanding of digital and analytical trends; Agile/Scrum exposure.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing CXO-level stakeholders.
Experience with contract negotiation and drafting; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Establish relationships in key accounts to understand priorities and provide strategic recommendations.
