Epicus Group seeks a Project Manager to lead a large Life Science capital project as the owner’s representative for a client in Redwood City, CA. You will manage planning, design, construction and close-out, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and city officials, drive procurement, prepare execution plans, monitor performance, and contribute to business development to support

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in Life Science.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field.
• PMP, CCM or LEED AP certification desired.
• Experience in the Northern California market with strong client and stakeholder networks.
• Knowledge of the real estate development lifecycle from programming to operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all phases of life science capital projects.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants and city officials.
• Lead procurement for design, construction, peer reviews and specialty consultant services.
• Prepare and implement the project execution plan and kickoff activities.
• Oversee design and construction phases, bids, approvals to meet scope, budget and schedule.
• Monitor budgets and schedules; identify and mitigate risks and changes.
• Drive value engineering and support business development through RFQ/RFP responses.
