Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises, a nationally known organization, seeks career-minded individuals for a Life Insurance sales role in Royersford, PA. You will engage members, discuss product benefits, and tailor solutions to meet financial needs while delivering legendary service.

The position offers uncapped commissions, paid training and licensing, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and a 401(k). Prior sales experience helps, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Be able to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from a large membership database.
• Engage with members walking into branches to discuss Life Insurance products.
• Identify members' financial needs and explain the benefits of Life Insurance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.

Responsibilities Include:

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
  

Qualifications:

• Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience is highly preferred
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at the time of hire
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
