Job summary

AAA Life is seeking a Life Sales Agent to join a nationally known, service-driven team. You will make daily warm sales calls from a large member database and discuss life insurance products with members entering branches.

The role offers uncapped commissions, paid training and licensing, and a comprehensive benefits package. Starting hourly rate is $24.04 for full-time agents with an average annual salary of $56,100–$68,600 upon meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Our Life Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Life Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn an average between $56,100-$68,600 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped with exceeding sales goals.
