Job summary

VSC Fire & Security in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced Inspection and Service Sales Life Safety professional. You will estimate and sell service and maintenance agreements for fire sprinklers, alarms, and related life-safety systems, coordinating costs for installation, parts, design time, and labor.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of contract sales in fire protection, strong prospecting skills, and knowledge of applicable codes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of contract sales experience in fire protection or integrated systems.
• Demonstrated sales and contract negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance of fire protection, sprinkler, and alarm systems.
• Familiarity with state/local codes and NFPA 72.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and sell service agreements for fire sprinkler and related systems, including backflow testing and maintenance.
• Ensure proper risk management and safety procedures on job sites.
