Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting, carrier, or transformation experience within Life Insurance or related value chain.
• Experience leading business/technology workstreams in complex transformations.
• Proven ability to shape and lead consulting engagements with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in agile or iterative environments with product ownership responsibilities.
• Foundational knowledge of AI concepts and their application in insurance.
• Credentials like LO MA/FLMI, agile, architecture, cloud are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Life & Annuity transformation programs from strategy to value realization.
• Define transformation objectives, future-state operating models, and roadmaps with client leaders.
• Redesign end-to-end workflows across underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
• Explore AI-enabled workflows, agentic processes, and data requirements to improve performance.
• Translate priorities into actionable transformation plans connecting operations, platforms, data, and AI.
• Develop business cases and executive recommendations for proposals and account growth.
