Accenture Life Insurance Consulting Managers lead transformation programs across the Life & Annuity value chain, translating strategic objectives into measurable actions from strategy through to value realization.

They partner with senior stakeholders, design future-state operating models, and drive modernization roadmaps while guiding cross-functional teams to execute with focus on AI-enabled solutions and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting, carrier, or transformation experience in Life Insurance, Annuities, or the broader insurance industry.
• Experience leading business/tech workstreams in complex transformation programs.
• Proven ability to shape and lead consulting engagements with stakeholder management and problem solving.
• Experience delivering programs in agile environments with Product Owner/PM responsibilities.
• Foundational knowledge of AI concepts and agentic AI in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical business and technology workstreams across Life & Annuity transformation programs from strategy to value realization.
• Partner with client leaders to define transformation objectives, operating models, and roadmaps.
• Redesign end-to-end workflows across underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims, distribution, and operations.
• Identify how AI, automation, and emerging technologies can improve performance and customer experience.
• Design AI-enabled workflows including agent roles, orchestration, data, and controls.
• Translate priorities into actionable transformation plans linking operations, data, and AI.
