DSI Groups is seeking motivated insurance sales professionals for a remote & in-person opportunity. We provide leads, training, mentorship, and an unmatched commission structure to help you succeed.

You can work remotely, in person, or a combination—flexible scheduling is supported. You'll meet with clients, assess needs, present tailored life insurance options, close sales, and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license.
• No experience required; we will help you get licensed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person meetings.
• High commission structure with monthly bonuses and residual income.
• Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.

Responsabilités

• Get Licensed – Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance).
• Meet with Clients – Conduct needs assessments and present life insurance options.
• Present Tailored Solutions – Deliver tailored sales presentations.
• Close Sales – Guide clients through the application process and close deals.
• Build Long-Term Relationships – Maintain client relationships and follow up.
