Job summary

istaffpros is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Sales Specialist to focus on helping existing clients with their life insurance needs. This role emphasizes proactive outreach within an established book of business, rather than building from scratch.

You will spend a significant portion of the day on the phone, identify opportunities, and cross-sell suitable life insurance solutions while collaborating with Personal Lines and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license and life insurance exposure are required.
• Experience selling life insurance to existing clients preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call existing agency clients to identify life insurance opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and client follow-ups daily.
• Review client relationships to identify households with life insurance potential.
• Quote, present, and close life insurance policies.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and document activities in agency systems.
