Job summary

CGH Group is seeking motivated sales professionals in the life insurance space in Meridian, Idaho. This role offers both full-time and part-time options, with comprehensive training from top-performing sales leaders and a steady stream of qualified leads (no cold calling).

You will build strong client relationships, tailor life insurance solutions, and grow your income in a tech-enabled environment. Licensing support is provided for candidates not yet licensed, with flexible availability to work

Qualifications

Experience in sales (insurance, finance, real estate, or related fields).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven and goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally.
Comfortable using digital tools to manage prospects and sales activity.
Willing to obtain a life insurance license (licensing assistance provided).
Flexible availability and ability to work independently.
