No prior insurance experience required; training and licensing support will be provided to obtain life/health licenses and securities registrations as appropriate.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance or financial services experience required.
• Willingness and ability to obtain required life and health insurance license(s).
• Willingness to pursue applicable securities registrations for investment-related activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable developing new relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Help clients identify life insurance and financial protection needs.
• Educate clients on life insurance, retirement planning, investment concepts, and other financial strategies.
• Develop personalized financial strategies based on each client’s goals, circumstances, and risk tolerance.
• Build and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement.
• Conduct ongoing client reviews and adjust strategies as clients’ needs and goals evolve.
• Participate in professional training, coaching, and career-development programs.
• Complete required licensing and registration requirements to expand into financial advisory and investment-related services.
• Follow all applicable company policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
