We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant hand-holding and guidance.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IULs (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIAs (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products such as final expense or mortgage protection policies. All our business is conducted virtually via phone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated agents like you.
