Job summary

The Gibbons Group is hiring for a Life Insurance Agent Trainee position that offers full training, licensing support, and a structured mentorship system to help you start in the life insurance industry. You’ll learn to communicate with clients and guide them through coverage options, with remote work and real client interactions from day one.

No prior insurance experience is required, and you’ll receive mentoring as you progress toward licensure.
