Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Rosenberg, TX. The Life Insurance Agent will educate clients on life insurance options, assess their financial needs, and recommend tailored protection strategies that support their long-term goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, explaining policy features, preparing quotes, and guiding clients through the application and underwriting process. The role involves generating new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach, as well as maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing service and policy reviews. The agent will collaborate with agency leadership to stay informed about product updates, compliance requirements, and best practices in financial planning.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively explain products and close client-centered solutions.
