Wb Agency in Jackson, Tennessee is hiring life insurance agents. No prior sales experience is required—we provide training, coaching, and in-house leads. You’ll obtain your state license with our help and then participate in a daily conference call rhythm and client visits.

Average first‑year income is 75k–95k, with many agents earning well over 100k; there is no cap. This full‑time role offers strong earning potential and clear advancement paths.
