Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, focusing on client interactions.
- Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options.
- Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to address client concerns and preferences.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients; conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to position our life insurance products effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of activities and progress; prepare regular reports for management.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (license assistance provided).

Compensation
- Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
- Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus and Commission
- Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly; residuals are paid on the client’s anniversary date
