• Proficient with CRM and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close life insurance opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual life production goals.
• Conduct needs-based reviews and recommend term, whole, and universal life products.
• Manage the sales pipeline in the agency CRM from quote to issue.
• Deliver a customer experience that drives referrals and retention.
