Job summary

ACG is hiring a Life Insurance Sales Agent in Midland, Michigan, to solicit and sell various insurance products. The position includes unlimited income potential with average earnings of $75,000 - $100,000 based on base pay and commissions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Life Insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. A high school diploma and valid State Life Sales licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Possession of valid State Life Sales licenses.
• Ability to take and pass LUTC or CLU coursework.
• Maintain Life and Health licenses required to sell products.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance products.
• Develop leads and prospects for new accounts.
• Prepare proposals and close sales of various financial products.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products and services

Ability to listen to and analyze customer needs

Effective communication skills

Ability to prepare proposals and conduct closing interviews

Strong organization and time management skills

Education
