Job summary

The Jeffrey Spillane State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified Life/Health Representative to market life and health insurance services and products. You will help customers protect their families by explaining policy features, benefits, and options while building lasting relationships.

You will conduct needs analyses, stay informed on new products, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations as you grow your income through advisory sales.

Qualifications

• State life insurance license is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
• Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency with insurance agency software.

Responsibilities
