Saber Healthcare Group's skilled nursing facility is seeking an Activities/Rec Aide to support residents through recreational, social, educational, and cultural programs, in line with care plans and supervision. Responsibilities include assisting in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, and coordinating with the care team to meet resident goals.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
